Axle Marine's core focus lies predominantly in the grain /agriprods sector, alongside sugar and fertilizers, operating vessel sizes ranging from handysize up to kamsarmax, on both trip and period charter basis. The Company's trading activity spans the globe, and runs the gamut from fronthaul and backhaul routes as well shorter intra-pacific trades.
Our Core Business
Axle Marine specializes in the shipment segment of dry bulk activities and is currently in the midst of diversifying into the product tanker market so as to be able to provide more holistic (i.e. vertically and horizontally integrated) solutions to clients’ logistics requirements.
Our endeavours have been centered on the carriage of basic chemicals such as Methy Tert-Butyl Ether (MTBE), Paraxylene (PX) and Mixed Xylene (MX) shuttling between Far East and South East Asian ports, as well as palm (and other edible) oils bound for the Indian Ocean.
